He also handles product liability defense and advises business owners and contractors. Todd has represented various clients, including homeowners and professionals, in construction defect cases, aiming to secure successful settlements or verdicts. He practices in both Oregon State Court and Federal Court and has served as a Special Prosecutor for Multnomah County, achieving multiple trial convictions.
Todd earned his Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from Syracuse University, where he was an Editor of The Labor Lawyer and distinguished in Moot Court. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors from Washington State University and studied at Kings College of Law, University of London. In his free time, Todd enjoys skiing and fly-fishing.
